As the Enterprise Sales Account Executive at Storyteller, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth within the sports industry. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities, by leveraging our innovative 9:16 vertical video platform. We are looking for a results-driven and adaptable sales professional who is passionate about technology and the sports industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales opportunities within the sports industry
Effectively communicate the value proposition of Storyteller’s platform, which includes our SDK for vertical videos, CMS, and content automation
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of sales prospects through outbound strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
Conduct detailed needs assessments and tailor proposals to prospects’ specific requirements
Navigate complex sales cycles, employing a consultative sales approach
Provide market feedback to the product team regarding customer needs
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product, to optimize sales strategies
Keep accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot) and provide regular sales forecasts
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS or technology
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong knowledge of the sports industry and its dynamics
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Experience in navigating complex sales cycles
A passion for technology and innovation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
