✨ Exciting high growth product, relied on by leading global brands, particularly within sports
💻 Working with the latest hardware, tech stack, AI tools, and product workflows
This role follows a rotating shift pattern, including evenings and weekends, depending on live events.
Own shift-based day-to-day content operations for a sports SaaS platform, using AI and internal tools to check, compare, document, and triage work while managing recurring content tasks, QA, client delivery, and first-line support during assigned evening, weekend, or after-hours coverage.
You will suit this role if you can work independently, use AI tools pragmatically, spot defects, verify details, make clear decisions on your own within the workflow, communicate clearly, and escalate with evidence when needed.

Responsibilities
What You Will Make Happen
You will help run the content supply chain behind client story experiences. That means making sure the right content is prepared, checked, delivered, maintained, and ready for review or publication. On assigned shifts, you are also first-line support for content and support issues.
Own assigned content operations tasks from queue to completion: understand the expected output, run the workflow, check the result, update the right systems, make clear decisions within the workflow, and flag blockers early.
Prepare generated story packages and reports using Storyteller tools and runbooks.
QA generated content and app surfaces.
Maintain content hygiene and recurring task records.
Deliver client-ready links, reports, or status updates.
Triage content or support issues using AI-assisted tools, including first-line support during assigned shifts, by gathering evidence, identifying likely causes, deciding the next action, and escalating clearly with evidence when needed.
Keep records, handovers, and status updates accurate enough for another operator to understand what has happened, what has been checked, and what still needs attention.
Use AI and internal tools daily to speed up checking, comparison, documentation, and repeatable workflows, while verifying outputs.
SHIFT, EVENT AND AFTER-HOURS COVERAGE
This is a shift-based role. Some shifts include evenings, weekends, live sports windows, and after-hours first-line support when rostered. You will be expected to monitor issues, make the first assessment, communicate clearly, and escalate with evidence when needed.
During event coverage, you may help prepare scheduled content and operational checks before an event, monitor that time-sensitive outputs behave as expected, and hand over open issues clearly.
