About us

Storyteller is a high growth B2B SaaS platform, which allows companies to integrate Stories into their owned and operated platforms. Popularized by Instagram and Snapchat, Stories are perfectly suited for boosting user engagement, audience retention, and driving advertising revenue.

Our end‑to‑end platform gives companies a best‑in‑class Stories experience in days with native iOS, Android, and Web SDKs, publishing tools, analytics, and ad support.

We work with many globally recognised clients, particularly within sport, so if you're a sporting fan this could be a great fit!

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Account Manager at Storyteller, you’ll be a key point of contact for your portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring they are successful with our platform.

In time, you will be responsible for:

  • Owning a portfolio of team / growth accounts and being the first person to respond to queries

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships

  • Developing a deep understanding of your clients’ organisations, competitions and sports – and the outcomes they care about

  • Running regular check-ins and helping clients plan content, campaigns and platform usage

  • Monitoring client usage and identifying opportunities for expansion, as well as any risks to mitigate

  • Preparing Quarterly Business Reviews with actionable recommendations, progress reports and account performance insights

  • Owning actions and next steps for your accounts, keeping everything up to date in Airtable/CRM

  • Working with Delivery and clients’ app vendors on any specific integration or upgrade projects

  • Advocating for client feedback with the Product team and helping shape our roadmap

  • Using AI to work faster and better (e.g., drafting emails/QBRs, summarising calls, analysing usage patterns, and maintaining account notes)

  • Contributing to improvements in our account management processes and playbooks as we scale

Qualifications

What's important to us:

  • Excellent school and university grades

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • A real interest in AI, technology and recent advancements

  • A real interest in the business side of sport (and ideally, a love of watching/following sport)

  • Proactive attitude – you’re first on the scene grabbing hold of things

  • High ownership mindset and strong attention to detail

  • Comfort managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously, with constant context-switching

  • Experience communicating directly with customers (internships, part-time roles, volunteering, etc. all count)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bonus points if you’ve used Airtable or similar tools

  • Reliable internet for remote work

Recruitment Process

  • Online video interview (short recorded answers to a mixture of questions)

  • Follow-up exercise (compensated) to test skills relevant to this position

  • Final interview with Andy (Chief Delivery Officer)

And that’s it!
