Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

You’ll own the end-to-end outbound system with Clay as the decision engine, supported by Apollo, GPT-assisted messaging, Smartlead, and HubSpot.

Your job is to ensure the system consistently answers:

  • Who we should contact

  • Why now

  • Which narrative fits

  • How outreach is executed

  • How outcomes feed back into better decisions

This is low-volume, high-context enterprise outbound. Judgment, reliability, and ownership matter more than cleverness.

Qualifications

  • Has run Clay workflows in production, not just demos

  • Comfortable owning decision logic and trade-offs

  • Cares deeply about system stability, cost efficiency, and signal quality

  • Prefers building durable systems over quick hacks

  • This is not a growth-hacking, PLG, or experimentation role.


What Success Looks Like

  • A small number of explainable Clay workflows running reliably in production

  • High-quality outbound messaging that resonates with senior enterprise buyers

  • Clean execution and CRM hygiene with minimal drift

  • A system that improves over time without constant rebuilds
