Clips Captions
Clips Captions automatically generate subtitles for Clips by converting speech into text. These captions help make content more accessible and discoverable, and can be edited or translated directly in the CMS
How to Use Captions in the CMS
Captions are on by default for all Clips. You can manage them in the Captions tab for any Clip.
To view or edit captions:
Open a Clip and go to the Captions tab.
Edit the Core Captions text as needed.
Click Save.
To regenerate captions:
Click Regenerate to restore the original AI-generated captions. This will overwrite any existing edits and translations.
To remove captions:
Delete all text in the Core Captions field.
Click Save to remove captions from the Clip.

Localized Clips
Clips Localization allows you to display translated versions of key Clip elements based on a user’s language or region. This includes:
Clip Titles
Captions
Call to Action text (Actions)
Category titles
Localize Titles
Open a Clip and go to the Edit tab.
Click Edit Titles.
Turn on the Localize toggle
To override an automated translation, click the lock icon and supply your own text.
Click Save.

Localize Captions
Open a Clip and go to the Captions tab.
Scroll down to the Localized Captions section
To override the automated translation, click the lock icon and supply your own text.
Click Save.
Localize Actions
Go to the Actions menu item in the CMS.
Edit the desired Action.
Scroll down to the Call To Action field.
Click the Manage Translations button.
To override an automated translation, click the lock icon and supply your own text.
Click Save.
Localize Categories
Go to the Categories menu in the CMS.
Edit the desired Category.
In the Display Title field, click the Manage Translations button.
To override an automated translation, click the lock icon and supply your own text.
Click Save.
