Content Bank
Overview
The Content Bank is a dedicated area for storing your digital content in multiple aspect ratios. Think of it as your organisation's digital asset library, where you can save, categorise, and download content for reuse across social. You can use Studio to create content directly for the Content Bank. The Content Bank lets you:
Store images and videos in one secure place.
Organise content with categories for easy browsing.
Quickly find specific content using search and filters.
Download assets for use in stories, social media, and other marketing materials.

Access
Log in to the CMS.
Select "Content Bank" from the navigation menu.
Interface Components
The Content Bank interface consists of:
Search functionality: Search by title or keywords to quickly find specific assets
Sort options: Date created newest, Date created oldest, Title A-Z
Filter controls:
Types: Filter by content type (Image or Video)
Categories: Filter by assigned categories (Players, Teams, Events, etc.)
Content Overview grid with item count
Asset Types: Filter by specific formats:
Vertical (9:16) - 1080x1920px
Portrait (4:5) - 1080x1350px
Square (1:1) - 1080x1080px
Landscape (16:9) - 1620x1080px
Facebook Header (2.3:1) - 1640x720px
X Header (3:1) - 3000x1000px
YouTube Header (16:9) - 2560x1440px
Creating New Assets
Select "Create New."
Select format
Create/edit using Studio tools and save.
Save with descriptive and informative title (e.g. "Full Game Schedule - 05/14/25 - 9x16").
Apply relevant categories (Player name, Match/Event, League/Season) to aid in searching.

Creating Assets via Automations
A key advantage is that these tools can automatically create assets in multiple aspect ratios simultaneously, making your content ready for use across different platforms without manual resizing. For example, one recipe execution can produce matching assets formatted for Instagram Stories, Twitter posts, and website headers. All stored directly in your Content Bank with consistent branding and messaging.
All automated assets appear alongside manually created content and can be duplicated, downloaded, and edited in the Studio.
Managing Existing Assets
Upon selecting an existing asset, the following options become available:
Categories: Apply categories
Download Asset: Save the asset to your device
Duplicate: Create a copy of the asset
Delete: Remove the asset from Content Bank
