Schedule

The Schedule section of the CMS gives you an at-a-glance overview of all currently published and scheduled Stories.

This section can be accessed by selecting the ‘Schedule’ option from the menu on the left-hand side of the CMS. Here, you will see the published and scheduled Stories listed by their Category and Type. You can filter to show only certain Types of Stories or use the search bar to find a particular one.

You can also access the schedule section in the Story Editor by clicking on the calendar icon after setting a Category.

The 'Edit' button under the Actions list takes you to the Category editing page where you can make changes to the Category name and the Type of Story it is. You can also delete the Category on this page by clicking the delete button.

To easily make changes to a Story, you can click the Story's title and be navigated to the Story editing page.

Re-ordering and Deleting Stories

Clicking on a Story's Category in the Schedule allows you to see more details about the scheduled Story and edit the ordering of the Story. You can order the Story by 'Publish From (most recent first)', 'Publish From (oldest first)', 'A-Z', 'Z-A' and 'Manual'. To manually order a Story, you can drag each Story Page to rearrange into your desired order. However, Live Stories cannot be rearranged and will always be shown first. You can also pin a regular story to be shown and kept first in the ordering, to do this hover over the desired story and press the pin icon.

From here you can also choose to hide Story titles on tiles by toggling off Show Titles in the scheduled Category settings.

Hovering over a Story allows you to remove it from the Category's schedule if you click on the trash icon.
