CMS Users

CMS Users are divided into four roles, each with their own permissions and varying access to CMS functions. The four roles are Editor, Developer, Admin and Super Admin. Being able to assign these roles when Creating CMS Users ensures that each CMS User only has access to what they need to be able to edit, improving the security and integrity of your app, Stories, and Clips.

Role Abilities

All four roles can perform the following actions on the CMS:

• View the Schedule

• View the Analytics Dashboard

• View, create, edit and delete: Stories, Clips, Categories, Collections, Actions, Engagement Units, and Ads

Additionally:

• Users with the 'Developer' role can access the Apps section of the CMS

• Users with the 'Admin' role can access the CMS Users section of the CMS

• Users with the 'Super Admin' role can access both the Apps and Users sections of the CMS.
